Universe, I heard Derrick Neve say to Don Woodall about sort as default:

Woops on that - it goes:
SET RESTARTOBJECTS=STARTUPFOLDERSONLY  (NB: plural on "folders" part)
 
Try also:
SET KILLFEATUREENABLED=ON (allows you to kill off stalled apps from the
Warpcenter: check the docs for more info before trying it)
SET SCUSEPRETTYCLOCK=ON    (gets you a nicer looking digital clock on
Warpcenter)
and 
SET DESKTOP=C:\DESKTOP   (wherever it is: helps with stability under Warp
