 1) The "USAGE: ", should say BG,  not FG.
 2) You didn't quote the message as I posted it,  it is missing:

     DosSetPrty(PRTYS_PROCESSTREE, PRTYC_IDLETIME, 31, 0);

     I went back and checked,  and it left my system with it.
