Pretty basic. All I am trying to achieve is to have my router plugged into
NIC and have it work (without having to reconfigure in MPTS or
TCPIP configuration in Sys setup). My IP is 192.168.0.2 and I am using this
for both LAN 0 and LAN 1. Both are enabled manually (DHCP is done by the router)
So, I am asking the NIC's to use the same IP. Never would I have both NICs
cabled at the same time.

Because I just got this second NIC (VIA) running, I thought I would just leave
both installed, and have a BU NIC available should I need it...by just moving the
plug. So, frankly, not a big deal!! ....and not doable. Thanks for you time.
