Hi Kari:
Hard to tell from your description; but let me guess. Over 80% of our
terminal adapters failing here are due to misprovisioning by the telco,
not user errors.
These numbers are based on over 100 installations by us in Southern
California during 1996/97, and correspond to 1995 PacBell figures in
general.
