      Title: Chicken Liver Pate^
 Categories: Crs97, Appetizers
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
    1/2 lb Chicken livers, cleaned and
           Chopped
    1/2 c  Butter
      1    Onion, chopped
      1 cl Or 2 garlic, chopped
      1    Bay leaf
      1 tb To 2 sherry
 
  Simmer all ingredients except sherry for an hour over low heat,
  covered. Discard bay leaf; process until smooth. Stir in sherry.
  Chill.
  
  Makes 1 cup
