| subject: | MultiMail for Linux |
Hello JIM. 27 Sep 03 16:17, you wrote to me: JH>> Any users of MultiMail for Linux here? MK>> Yep. Like it very much. JH> Good. That it is. :-) JH> But, but, - - I wasn't asking about DOS-based MMail. What I'm asking JH> about is the Linux version's equivalent filename, where you tell MMail JH> what text editor to use, and etc. Ah! Sorry about that chief. I guess it depends on what distribution etc. as far as zip/unzip goes but rest assured it is taken care of. As for editor it is configurable in MultiMail, which is very good, and I am using vi, but tried mcedit just to make sure it worked ... it did. So the conclusion arrived at was that MultiMail is a keeper as far as offline communications is concerned. Is that a better response?
