Could you put it up on any ftp-server (and tell us where you put it), or
send a copy of it to me by email to: F.W.H.Hulsmann{at}RCOndw.rug.nl (if you
do so, please send notification to ErikH{at}hcc-gron.idn.nl, I am not that
often at the other address, but it receives encoded files better)

I think we are best served by publication on hobbes or leo. (But you must
be wanting to!)
