Hi everyone!

My uplink here in Net105 has resumed operation (after a 3 week outage),
so I will be here posting from my own system starting today.

I have emailed a synopsis of the proposed changes to P4 to BJ*rn for
publication in the Snooze.  Clay's passing seems to have superceded
that submission, but it should make it into the next issue.

The ball seems to be rolling, with Ward taking a proactive stance in
his efforts to verify connections to his Z2 RC's.  With any luck, we
should see a referendum vote within the next 4-6 weeks.  :)
