From a users perspective it has more flexibility and power than previous
versions. Also, the current c0-owner and programmer of CNet, Ray Akey,
spends alot of time in CNET_BBS answering queries and providing patches and
things where they're needed. I top program and one that's utterly daunting
without a manual. ;-)
