***loud annoyance*** What I want to know is, where the hell do you call in
Australia that ACTUALLY KNOWS :

1. What the different Developer Connections IBM offers are
2. How much they cost
3. Where to send your credit card details

I've called.. 3? different numbers, 132426 and two numbers in Sydney, to
ask about this, on several occasions. Staff on the lines seem to have no
clue about what developer facilities IBM offers. The $600pa may be a
pulled-out-of-the-air number for all I know.
