No. I don't know what netswitcher is capable of (it diddles your settings
before you reboot). but an out-of-the-box computer is in one workgroup or
one domain only.

Do you really need network browsing? Normally you just need to access two
or threre different computers. You can make a shortcut to each computer you
need - just put the computer name or IP as the target of the shortcut.
