RH> I eat breakfast food if not at breakfast. After the dental work this

Something nice and soft... ;) Followed by nice and tasty... :) I tend
to have various sorts of breakfast bars around for snacks, used to get
some of the dry cereals to eat out of the box as snacks but got out of
that habit... And for a while, we were fixing oatmeal in the nuker for a
quick lunch/brunch... regular old-fashioned oats mixed with water and
raisins and then topped with cinnamon and brown sugar or ginger drink
granules (ginger and sugar)...
Chocolate, though, is always a comfort food... one doesn't have to bite
it necessarily, either... ;)
