Everybody fills out the app or they don't become a member. It lists all the 
Conferences and File Areas that need to be setup BEFORE I start feeding 
them to you.

Those are the Networks that are INCLUDED in HaleNet. Am I missing 
something in the 'Announce' Message? :)
