 Generating tones sequentially is used with some Systems for
group activation. Since most areas rarely have more then Two
Transmitters on the same frequency it would not be that great of an
advantage. An d also it Would possibly UPSET the other users that wanted
to separate tomes to minimize interference between those two particular
transmitters
