CCL/2. == CUA91 for 16Bit OS/2 PM and WIN16

you can read about it in Mark Benge session (ColoradOS2 95) about 'writing
portable Apps in C++'. .. 'the good old days'....

IBM. The Win3.1 UI for VACPP/WIN is made with a reworked version of this class lib.
