I got ahold of michael preslar tonite, so I find out were to send a e-mail
to get them at, he said e_maus{at}covingtononline.com e-mail address is dead, but
to use files{at}lordlegacy.com e-mail address, for the file requestable
subject of "send me lord" (no quotes, gets dos version) or
"send me lord32" (no
quotes, gets win32/door32.sys version)
note that with the win32 version, it does _not_ use start.bat. the command line
is c:\path\to\lord.exe -Dc:\path\to\door32.sys
