Title: Chicken a L'orange^

Yield: 8 servings
4 Whole chicken breasts, split
And boned
1/2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Paprika
2 ts Grated orange peel
5 tb Butter
1/4 c Dry white wine
1 1/4 c Orange juice
1/4 ts Thyme
1 ts Marjoram
1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges,
Drained
1/3 c Sliced almonds, toasted
Pound chicken breasts thin. Shake in a bag with flour, salt, garlic
powder, paprika and orange peel. Brown in butter; transfer to a
shallow baking dish.
Add wine, orange juice, thyme and marjoram. Heat to boiling; pour over
chicken. Bake chicken at 350F. 15 mintues. top with oranges and
almonds and bake another 15 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
