There really should be a way for people to strike back at people who steal identities, zap money, etc. My wife had $40 stolen from her account, but because it was not greater than $50 they could not turn over the information of who used the account, only that it had been turned over to the authorities. That simply is not good enough to me. I don't care if it cost more to persecute, I want that person to experience PAIN.
