I posted a single message into comp.lang.basic.misc about 4 days ago. This 
was the very first time I'd ever posted a message into a newsgroup using my 
"current" address (I still get the occasional spam sent to my old address, 
which hasn't been used on outgoing mail for 10 months).
Since then, I've received 5 junk emails directed at my current address.
All from that single post into one area...
