All you need for 3d graphics is a geometry chip. Silicone Graphics made a 
custom GEOMETRY chip for the N64. I think you are a little confused. Bet you 
didn't know that the playstation and saturn can actually produce more 
polygons than the N64. It's just that the N64 can do so much with the 
polygons it makes the graphics look superior (which they are). Once 
again...it's gameplay that counts. And last that I've heard...and 
experienced....Cruisin USA wasn't very good. Best racing game so far in my 
opinion is Daytona.
