How many users and/or Notes apps? My first guess would be you should have
no trouble, especially of your RAID 1 SATA has any cache. What kind of
usage percentage? do you have now?

2 singles may get you some failover I suppose. I really don't have much
experience with notes on NT, but the requirements are pretty stout if I
remember correctly.

Yep, our piddly 40 users don't even touch the capacity I've got there.
Notes takes up maybe 2% of the CPU and 40% of the disk capacity and with
the disks running at about 12%-15% throughput. (overall throughput -- the
AS/400 does much more than just Notes.)
Just for comparison to your NT Server, our AS/400 has a 500Mhz main CPU, 1G
of RAM, and 80G across 16 fiber connected SCSI drives. (with cache and HW
based RAID) Where this puppy gains its speed is from the IO processors and
the bus speed...
