It is not the admin of fido, it is an act of control and manipulation by a
few who try to use the rules to make it look like they are doing the right
thing. While the wording of the rules could be better they just can't be bent
enough to make this work.

If we could identify the real problem and solve it perhaps. I don't think this
is really about the rules or the FIDO_SYSOP echo, for some strange reason it
is being played out there.

 The would be EC has stated a couple times that the FIDO_SYSOP echo should
not have been awoken from como. I don't know what he means by that the echo
has been in existance for years. The would be moderator has stated he didn't
have the area on his BBS.

I could go on but I think you get the idea?
