Failing heatsink fan?   Some don't even last 6 months before the bearings start
to sound like a lawn mower...  With a stout enough heatsink, a P133 doesn't
need a fan.   I don't even use fans on PPro machines.

Heatsinks are quiet, and never experience mechanical failure
