"Janis" did not write those rules for Fido_sysop. The rules were written by
the others listed at the bottom of the rules. You should KNOW this but choose
to ignore it. "Janis" changed ONE line in the existing rules of Fido_Sysop
before hoping the echo would come back to life, outside of who the moderator
was, and who had modified the file.

Later, "Janis" added rule 12, which the echo members voted on, changed the
current moderator of record, and added Vince as the Moderator of record when he
won the election.

Original Rule from 2003:

This echo, FIDO_SYSOP, is for FidoNet sysops only. Fidonet SysOps are defined
for the purpose of these rules as any operator of a node number which appears
in the International Fidonet nodelist as issued weekly by the Fidonet IC and
the ZC's.

My change:

This echo, FIDO_SYSOP, is for FidoNet sysops only. Fidonet SysOps are defined
for the purpose of these rules as any operator of a node number which appears
in the International Fidonet nodelist as issued weekly by the ZC's of their
respective zones.

Try a different attack, perhaps? You are on a roll :) :)

Take care,
Janis
