open the C/C++ online language reference, search for 'pragma library' and
you get what you want. 

samples: eq. look into \ibmcpp\include\ibase.hpp and search for pragma library.

PS: i think it is just designed to define the name of the libary (as found
in the includelib object record) but you can try to use absolute path
names. (which of course makes your sources/objects non-reusable on other
machines).
