        Hi Gene, nice to meet you. This is a cool echo.... non-bird
        people just don't understand how you can ramble on forever
        about all the cute things your bird does. At least here we
        have company! So tell me about your Grey.... boy? girl?
        Is he talking yet?
          Koko is 6. I got him about 2 years ago (yes, he was a 
        "used" parrot... so much for the myth that older birds
        don't bond to you or make good pets!) He says a lot of
        things, some in appropriate ways, but hasn't picked up
        any naughty words yet. (YET!) He's not real cuddly but he
        will let me stroke his head and scratch him, and at night
        before bed likes to be tickled all over (the only time he
        will let you in fact). I can't believe how smart they are!
