SIO.SYS should promptly inform that you've got an error, since one of
the ports is assigned to the MOUSE, whose driver comes before SIO.SYS.
I would expect that the ports are not being intialized properly and
that the mouse is NOT being found on the cold boot. Anyway, remove all
references to the mouse port from the SIO.SYS line - com3 is no longer
a serial i/o port, it's the mouse port.
