His post had no libel and no threats, and he is not a moderator of an echo
where his words would have been forbidden, so he is in the clear.

Of course I COULD make up a "Mystery Rule" that says I can ban anyone if I
think they are "sabotaging" the echo, and then accuse him of
"sabotage,"
without showing any clue of actual or intended sabotage at all.  But only a
sad, bitter, frustrated laughingstock of a moderator would do such a thing!
