Well if you had a signal generator or someway to pick up a 0 beat
you might be able to tell. As I recall, most of the scanners used
a formula of the frequency minus 10.7 divided by 3 to get the
fundamental. On the bearcats they used something 11.something divided
by 3.
Of course, it could be that the crystal just went bad (on one channel)
or the activity moved to another band (e.g. 500 or 800 or 900 Mhz).
