I know this may be a stupid request, but does anyone have any budgie, teils, 
or other good bird that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? We don't have a lot of 
money, but our kids want a bird like our friend's pigmy parrot, but every 
person we have talked to tells us 200-$600 dollars. I had two budgies years 
ago when they were $4 each.Well, just checking. Thanks.
