From the rules of this echo:  Advertising for commercial ventures
is expressly forbidden.
I have also just declared the topic of collectibles to be off limits
for the time being, but previously it was fair game -- I just preferred
that those who wanted to discuss buying/selling/trading of collectibles
take it to netmail or a more appropriate message area.  Now I am telling
all to do that, at least for the time being.

Note:  The topic was videos, not software.  That's different.  And by the
way, what was being discussed was not the illegal copying of commercial
videos.  That has always been off-topic here.

Of course.  That is clearly marked on each video as not something that
is allowed with one's copy, so no wonder he had to ge specific written
permission for that instance.
But this isn't what was being discussed, which was the buying and
selling of legitimate Disney videos.  And, like I said, that topic
is now closed anyway.

He is welcome, but not to discuss videos in this manner again, just
like everyone else.
