LOL! Almost a verbatim similarity to the rules that Janis "wrote" for that
other echo. I wonder why nobody discovered the huge mistake already then.
The above must be from the turn of the century. In 2002 a vast majority (I
even got votes from all six zones -- something that TTBOMK never had happened
before and with absolute certainty never can happen again) in FN_SYSOP voted
for the new rules that has been posted every month there since then.
