About the only thing I know of it is in the OS/2 1.3 toolkit.  Also
available on the Watcom CD's (as Watcom includes the 1.3 toolkit) and
Hobbes (amongst various OS/2 BBS's) as PRCP.INF.  The little I know about
VIO has been from that.  :-)
