First let me say I'm not a total boomer, blasting 1000watts of pure THD or 
anything, but I do like it loud.
But the outlaw spl is (imo) meaningless... I mean, I have seen a car with 2 
12" JL W-1's in a bandpass box hit just under 150 in outlaw.... he stuck the 
mic in the port.... I think it's just a way for people to inflate their egos.
But that's just my opinion.
