Semi-chuckle. I was in charge of doc delivery & we had to be able to
deliver to a whole host of "target platforms" including fax,
mobile phone etc.etc.

The solution involved lots of trained gnomes. Took us ages to train em how
to use fax & sms etc. As is common with mythical beings, they're a bit
technophobic .
