Oh they are all for having school councils etc. however, they will have
no power whatsoever. The provincial government will have all the
control. :( They are cutting the number of school boards in the province
in half, etc.
Don't have too many details as yet. However, people are slowly getting
organized and there are a lot of protests/meetings going on about all
the changes - not just to Metro but to all the municipalities.
