After WW2, the US prosecuted Japanese officers for torturing US
soldiers, by waterboarding them. And executed a few.

A Chicago police precinct was investigated, and most confessions thrown
out due to the suspects being waterboarded until they confessed.

But you sadistic bastards get your rocks off from torturing "those other
brown people," and enablers like Cornyn won't be satisfied until war
criminals here in the US are given ticker-tape parades.
