I didn't bitch about anything, I just asked for a poll the echo participants.

Being a stickler for 'rules' that you seem to be surely you understand that?

Although the rules of this echo seem to have undergone several 'revisions' it
was at one time in the 'rules' that the moderator would instigate a poll once
a year to see if an election was wanted or needed.
