All politics was started back when there were some moderator changes. Can't
remember all the players.
I know nothing about how FIDO works or how echoes are owned but, it is my
understanding that they have to be renewed every so often. Some moderator
not anal enough to keep track of when it was time to renew could lose their
echo.
