Yes,  particularly since the connector you'd be plugging into the PS would
be the kind that is designed for wires to be attached to the pins,  rather
than the kind that's designed to go into a board.  Where did you see these?
 I don't have an immediate need for such a thing,  but it strikes me as
something that might come in handy.
