   As I understand it, only OS/2 apps will be able to do this 
   directly. To get Win to do this, you need to add an extra level 
   of indirection in the form of a VXD, which won't run under Warp. 
   Stomper (German shareware that allows modem sharing under Windows 
   and DOS) is an example of how it's done under Swindows.
