You mean os2286.lib?
[snip]
DN> #define WinSetTitle WIN16SETTITLE
DN> APIRET16 APIENTRY16 WinSetTitle (HAB hab,
DN> PSZ title);
[snip]
Which compiler are you using? I tried bcc and gcc, neither works.
bcc title.c os2286.lib
Warning title.c 43: Call to function 'WinSetTitle' with no prototype
in function main
Turbo Link Version 1.5 for OS/2 Copyright (c) 1994 Borland International
Error: Unresolved external '_WinSetTitle' referenced from module title.c
gcc title.c
g:\Tmp\n\cca03991: Undefined symbol _WinSetTitle referenced from text segment
This will compile under BCOS2 without errors, but I get sys1808 when I
try to run it.

WinSetTitle(0, argv[1]);
getch();
