Hi Shmuel, The base install media should have no PTF's beyond those in the base release level. The PTF roll is supposed to include an update to the numbers. The Cum tape _is_ the slipstream. This is precisely what Harry was grumbling about: under OS/2 IBM ships only the base install media and not the CSD (Cum tape equivalent). SM> Actually, it's the oddball products that don't slipstream, at SM> least in the MVS world. True. I've seldom received one without at least something from the bucket. It's a practice that OS/2 could well inherit, at least for professionals. All we need now is SMP/E.
