He is violating Peter's rules, and by sabotaging Peter's echo he is
violating his own new rule.  I don't think Peter foresaw the damage Klahn
can do, although Cindy Haglund foresaw it pretty clearly.  By rights he
should be banning himself.  I am sure Lofaso would like to have Klahn turn
the echo over to him.
