says is updates will be available if your purchased the bundled system from 
"some major suppliers".
Is that not correct?
It is quite possible that "some suppliers" had arrangements with USR/3Com 
regarding updates - and it's also possible that others did not.
This whole situation is confused enough (actually, it's not confused, but 
expectations are sometimes without foundation) and it is important to be 
careful reporting what is _actually_ said.
