If you are using the ODI stack, with the VLM's or with Netx, it is in the 
Net.cfg file, otherwise you must run econfig on the ipx.com executable after 
it has been linked. This latter method is long since obsolete.
The frame type option is not VLM dependant, it goes in the Mlid (card driver) 
section of the net.cfg file.
