G'day Russell,

RA> Can I ask you where you got your FD
RA> (whatever model it is), and how much it
Its and FD4000 and I got it through NOVO COMPUTER HARDWARE.
It has the Real Time Clock option which brought the price all up
including del.&ins. to ......wait for it....$725.00
I also had the Jiffy Dos kernal rom thrown in free(but I'm not allowed
to tell anybody) as I had already purchased the drive roms a little
while ago in anticipation for a Ramlink (which has JD in it) but I
changed the planned puchases and got the FD instead.
You could try going direct to CMD but the exchange rate might make the
cost even higher. (NOVO based their prices on the exchange rate of
about a year ago). Anyway this drive seems to be the closest thing to
being a hard drive without actually being one. Unlike a Ramlink extra
megs only cost a few dollars a meg.
Reece./Ben.

... Okay, I pulled the pin. Now what? Wait!...Where are you going?
