     I note in the docs that CUA marking is supposed to scroll the
 screen as you move the keys/mouse.  I cannot seem to move & mark
 screen down, although I can move up.  Should I not be able to
 scroll both ways once a file is loaded?

Hi Ron,
Yes, this should work.  I take it that you cannot get the screen to
scroll when you are marking with the mouse?  If this is the case, the
box border needs to be turned on so that QEdit knows when you want it to
scroll the screen while marking.  He does this by checking when the
mouse goes outside of the window while you are marking.
