subject: Config files and so on:)

Hi All,
I'm going to reorganise my BBS to run under multitasking software
so I'll have an easier switch over to OS/2 oneday:)
So what I'm thinking about is having the following...
c:\bbs   (Main BBS Directory)
c:\node1 (Line 1 Directory)
c:\node2 (Line 2 Directory)
and so on.....
Now I have tried to run a door that uses a .CFG file to find the
DOOR.SYS or DORINFOx.DEF file this way....
NODEx.CFG = ....

c:\node%TASK%\door.sys
TASK has already been set by the BBS bat file earlier.
So why doesn't the CFG file translate that into C:\NODE1 or c:\NODE2
Can the TASK be passed to a CFG file?
Hope someone can help in this regards....

     Wayne
