     I've got all of those issues too... as well as the pre-"Infinity
Gauntlet" appearances Adam Warlock and Captain Marvel made in the
current Silver Surfer series... and the "Marvel Team-Up" guest-shot
Warlock made which (I think) continued from one of the Starlin
"Warlock" issues.
